Asma is originally from Afghanistan and currently resides in the United States. She is a dedicated volunteer instructor with many years of experience supporting immigrants and asylum seekers in the United States. Since August 2021, she has worked closely with Afghan families as they rebuild their lives, providing instruction, guidance, and encouragement as they adapt to a new culture and pursue new opportunities. She is passionate about empowering newcomers through education, fostering inclusion, and helping individuals build confidence and independence. 

Asma currently teaches English E3C alongside Husna.
